Name of Post: Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales)

No of Posts in Assam: 258 posts
Pay Scale: Rs.17900-1000/3-20900-1230/3-24590-1490/4-30550-1730/7-42600-3270/1-45930-1990/1-47920. The starting Basic Pay is Rs.19900/- (Rs.17900/- plus two advance increments admissible to graduates)
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government as on 30th November 2022.
Final Year Students: Those who are in the Final Year/ Semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 30th November 2022.
Age Limit: The candidates age should be minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years as on 1st August 2022. Candidates must have been born not later than 1st August 2002 and not earlier than 2nd August 1994 (both days inclusive).
Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates, 5 years for ST candidates and 10 years for PwD candidates.

The selection process will consist of on-line test (Preliminary & Main exam) and test of specified opted local language.
Preliminary Examination:
Preliminary Exam consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1 hour duration consisting of 3 sections as follows.
Each test will have a separate timing as mentioned above. There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th of mark assigned for question will be deducted for each wrong answer. No minimum qualifying marks are prescribed for individual test OR for aggregate score.
